56 registered participant from 15 countries attended the EDNANO-10 workshop in the nice student hostel of Oberwesel in the Rhine Valley, Germany. 31 oral presentations and 27 poster were presented. The number off attendees roughly doubled since the EDNANO-4 event held in 2006, and the 50% increase in the number of the presentations means that the EDNANO workshop series has reached the upper limit of the lectures for the two-day-long event schedule. The scienticif program was accompanied with an excursion along the Rhine river, the old town of Oberwesel and a wine-tasting party on late Saturday afternoon.
